Availability
Hammerpilot reserves the right to change products, prices, and services without notice. Our entire inventory is subject to availability and all orders are subject to hammerpilot’s acceptance. Hammerpilot is not responsible for "typografickal" errors
All orders for Non Stock Items will be shipped the day after we receive them from our manufacturer or supplier. We will keep you informed with the expected date of receipt and shipment, but please be aware that our manufacturers and suppliers have varied availability policies.
Please note that shipping delays may occur from time to time if your credit card was declined, your shipping address is different than your billing address, we have a problem receiving your online order, or other unusual problems outside of our immediate control. International orders paid via credit card are shipped to the verified billing address of that credit card, no exceptions.
Actual freight charges apply, and you may choose to receive your order via Fedex, UPS, or USPS
Oversize shipments or multiple boxes shipments are subject to additional charges.
We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping service at no extra charge to you to address errors or other issues from time to time.
Please call us or email us for Freight Charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other international destinations. It is to your advantage to request insurance for international shipments. Hammerpilot will not be held liable for lost shipments, customs delays, or any duties you have to pay in your respective country.
Returns
It is our 100% goal to ship the correct parts to you in new condition unless otherwise specified. If there is a problem contact us immediately!
All returns require a Return Authorization Number issued only by hammerpilot customer service, no exceptions. Returns without this number will be refused. We will not accept COD's on returns and we do not issue call tags.
You may return merchandise within 10 days of receipt for exchange, refund or credit (All merchandise must be returned new, unused, unaltered, not previously installed, ridden on, etc. etc. and in a sellable condition with all of the original papers/packaging) Items returned that do not meet those requirments will be refused, no exceptions. All sales are final on special ordered items, labor, or custom made items. All deposits for special orders are non-refundable. All spoke sales are final. Please keep a record of your return. Hammerpilot is not responsible for labor or any shipping charges, you will not be reimbursed for shipping unless it is our mistake. Nor can we be held liable for any items lost or damaged. It is your responsibility to ship insured. Please note that installed/used parts WILL NOT be accepted unless it is a VALID warranty issue, please note that it will be the manufacturer who decides the warranty remedy: replace or repair, during their respective warranty period (each manufacturer has their own specific warranty details, please consult the owners manual or manufacturer). Hammerpilot does not extend any manufacturer warranties. A 25% restock/administative fee may be assessed at our discretion.
Privacy
We keep all data confidential. We do not sell, rent, lease, give-away any client data PERIOD! All your data is safe and hammerpilot will never send you SPAM email. The only time we will ever email you is with specific order questions, newsletters that you signed up for or to simply answer any questions you may have.
Warranty
All items sold by hammerpilot are covered by each Manufacturer’s Warranty policy. Most manufacturers’ warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship, and do not cover damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, or racing. Most manufacture’s reserve the right to repair or replace defective merchandise, and may require labor and shipping charges.
hammerpilot does not provide any merchandise warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Work done by another vendor/entity resulting in damaged parts is not covered under hammerpilot warranty and return policy.
Hammerpilot shall not be held responsible for the improper use of the merchandise sold and the customer is urged to exercise caution and take all necessary safety measures in using and/or assembling the merchandise. Hammerpilot urges you to wear a helmet and use lighting regardless of the legal requirements for cycling.
Please consult each manufacturer’s manuals, literature, and packaging for specific warranty information, or call us if you have any questions regarding our Warranty Policy.
Hammerpilot's warranty for custom built wheels means that you will not have to true them only covers "normal" riding..this does not include potholes, racing, modifying the wheels, stunts, crashes, acts of God, underinflated tires, using the wheels for situations they were not designed for, crashes, etc etc..
Merchandise Representation
We make every effort to properly represent and display the look and feel and color of the merchandise that we sell online, but please be aware that we do not guarantee it due to the varied parameters of digital photography and hardware.
Gift Certificates
Hammerpilot offers gift certificates in increments of $25, and include free domestic ground shipping on all orders placed and paid with gift certificates.

Credit Cards
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Due to privacy laws, fraud, and address verification, your credit card payment may be declined and you will be required to use one of our other approved methods of payment.
Money Orders and Personal Checks
We accept money orders and cashier's checks in only US dollars. Please be aware that money orders and cashier's checks of high dollar value can be held up to 10 business days for them to clear.
We accept personal checks denominated only in US, imprinted with a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom, and drawn from a US bank. Please be aware that personal checks will be held up to 10 business days for them to clear.
Please make sure that your money order, cashier’s check, and personal check be accompanied by a hard copy (printed out or hand-written copy) of your hammerpilot Order.
Sales tax is applicable for orders in the state of Texas (8%). Everywhere else in the world it's Tax-Free and VAT-free.
